ST LOUIS, MO and COLLEGE STATION, TX - Millennium Digital Media (MDM), a cable television multiple system operator with more than 130,000 customers and NetNearU (NNU) the leading provider of private label Wi-Fi systems, today announced a multi-year agreement to facilitate Millennium's deployment of Wi-Fi networks in the MDM service areas. "Millennium recognized quickly the role and need for a Wi-Fi commercial application as a natural extension of our commercial product matrix", said Kelvin Westbrook, President and CEO of Millennium Digital Media. "Millennium's Wi-Fi hotspots provide a compelling and affordable Wi-Fi solution to our existing and potential commercial customers. The flexibility and versatility of this product insures a customized fit for any venue size or application. We're confident that these services will be an integral part of our commercial applications and growth." NetNearU's Wi-Fi software system, TRACKOS, will enable Millennium to easily deploy comprehensive Wi-Fi networks throughout the MDM service area. NNU will also provide roaming settlement services allowing MDM to create even more value for their Wi-Fi users and existing subscribers. "MDM recognizes the value that Wi-Fi will add to their infrastructure and their users," said Cody Catalena, President and COO of NNU. "We are pleased to partner with MDM in the latest addition to their outstanding product portfolio."
