Cody Catalena Promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of NetNearU Corp.

COLLEGE STATION, TX – March 09 2004 – - NetNearU Corp. today announced the promotion of Cody Catalena to President and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Catalena is now responsible for all technical, sales/marketing, customer service and operational aspects of the company. This promotion is due to Mr. Catalena's success and leadership as Executive Vice President of NetNearU, and is exemplified by his accomplishments with key customers, large carriers and broadband providers.

Most recently, Mr. Catalena was Executive Vice President at NetNearU. From 1997 until July 2002 as chief technology officer (CTO) of NetNearU, he led all product development activities including the expansion into wireless access products. Mr. Catalena also directed the development of the company's TRACKOS remote management software as well as client software that is deployed in 22 countries worldwide.

Mr. Catalena graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University. He has been a guest speaker and panelist for industry shows such as the Wireless Hotspots: Conference and Expo, Broadband Wireless World, Wi-Fi Planet, American Public Communications Council and KioskCom. He has also been a guest lecturer to graduate and MBA marketing classes at Texas A&M University.
