Frank E. Gilstrap III is Vice President of Customer Service where he is responsible for managing the Help Desk utilized by NetNearU's customers and their end-user base. He has been employed with NetNearU since January 1998. During his tenure with NetNearU he has been actively involved in a number of support related positions ranging from Sales Support to Director of Installation & Maintenance. Prior to joining NetNearU, Mr. Gilstrap acquired (14) years of experience managing and providing support related services in the technology industry at Qualice Network Services and ComputerLand of Brazos Valley. Mr. Gilstrap assembled and led departments that were responsible for delivering effective and timely customer service. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Marketing.
