Dennis Goehring
Vice Chairman
NetNearU founder Dennis H. Goehring serves as vice chairman of NetNearU. Mr. Goehring previously built and managed two successful private pay phone companies. Texas Coinphone was founded in 1986, shortly after the deregulation that permitted the formation of private payphone companies. After expanding to 1,400 installations throughout Texas by 1997, Texas Coinphone was sold for approximately $4 million. In 1995, Mr. Goehring co-founded International Communication Solutions (ICS), a company that offered telephone services to inmates at prison facilities. After growing to a highly profitable company servicing 14 facilities located throughout the U.S., ICS was sold in 2000. Mr. Goehring holds a business degree from Texas A&M University.
